Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR consulting services to leaders
- Consult with management and leadership on HR guidance
- Provide operational talent management guidance
- Diagnose and analyze work environment issues
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions
- Provide leadership guidance on employee relations issues
- Consult on staff vacancy, recruitment, and retention barriers
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements for employee management
- Provide analysis on business unit restructures and succession planning
- Design and deliver training and interventions
- Identify and resolve human resource needs and trends
- Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of experience in HR business or client management
- 2 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working knowledge in multiple human resource disciplines
- HRCI Certified Professional or Senior Certified Professional (PHR or SPHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential
Preferred Requirements
- Master’s degree
- HRBP experience in a healthcare setting
