Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR consulting services to leaders
  • Consult with management and leadership on HR guidance
  • Provide operational talent management guidance
  • Diagnose and analyze work environment issues
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions
  • Provide leadership guidance on employee relations issues
  • Consult on staff vacancy, recruitment, and retention barriers
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements for employee management
  • Provide analysis on business unit restructures and succession planning
  • Design and deliver training and interventions
  • Identify and resolve human resource needs and trends
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8 years of experience in HR business or client management
  • 2 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Working knowledge in multiple human resource disciplines
  • HRCI Certified Professional or Senior Certified Professional (PHR or SPHR), or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential

Preferred Requirements

  • Master’s degree
  • HRBP experience in a healthcare setting
