Responsibilities

  • Provide HR consulting services to leadership
  • Consult with management on HR guidance
  • Diagnose and analyze work environment issues
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions
  • Guide on complex employee relations issues
  • Consult with hiring managers on recruitment and retention
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements
  • Analyze and recommend on workforce planning
  • Design and deliver training and interventions
  • Drive progress on HR projects and initiatives

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8 years of experience in HR business or client management
  • 2 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Knowledge in compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management
  • Expertise in federal and state employment laws
  • HRCI Certified Professional or Senior Certified Professional (PHR or SPHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)

Preferred Requirements

  • Master’s degree
  • HRBP experience in a healthcare setting
