Responsibilities
- Provide HR consulting services to leadership
- Consult with management on HR guidance
- Diagnose and analyze work environment issues
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions
- Guide on complex employee relations issues
- Consult with hiring managers on recruitment and retention
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements
- Analyze and recommend on workforce planning
- Design and deliver training and interventions
- Drive progress on HR projects and initiatives
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years of experience in HR business or client management
- 2 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Knowledge in compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, performance management
- Expertise in federal and state employment laws
- HRCI Certified Professional or Senior Certified Professional (PHR or SPHR) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)
Preferred Requirements
- Master’s degree
- HRBP experience in a healthcare setting
