Responsibilities

  • Employee lifecycle administration
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Manage HR systems and employee data
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews
  • Support recruitment approval workflows
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Support day-to-day office operations

Mandatory Requirements

  • HR support experience
  • Office management experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Fluency in German
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of German labor law

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with HR systems
  • Experience with HR platforms (e.g., Workmotion, Workable, HiBob, Teamtailor)
