Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and commercial properties
- Build, train, and motivate a team of sales managers
- Monitor and optimise the sales process
- Work closely with the marketing department to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the buying process
Required Skills
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales at a management level
- Deep understanding of the Uzbekistan real estate market
- Proven ability to build sales departments from scratch or manage teams of 5+ people
- Ability to work with data and analyse conversion metrics
- Fluency in Russian, Uzbek, and English
