Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce pipeline management
- Track and report on marketing attribution, lead conversion rates, and campaign ROI
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for marketing tools and AI agent platforms
- Build and maintain AI-powered marketing workflows
- Manage outbound campaign execution across email, LinkedIn, and partner channels
- Own product marketing for the modular platform
- Produce and maintain product marketing content
- Support module launch go-to-market
- Maintain competitive intelligence
- Perform other reasonable activities as required by management
Required Skills
- 3+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
- Salesforce administration experience
- Daily working use of AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation
Preferred Skills
- Experience in device repair, reverse logistics, recommerce, or adjacent industries
- Familiarity with AI marketing agent or automation platforms (Make, n8n, Clay, or equivalent)
- Product marketing experience for technical or platform products
- Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics 4
