Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of employee contacts and resolve inquiries
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Refer to documentation for resolution of inquiries
  • Build customer trust through personalized conversations
  • Respond to employee-impacting issues during leave events
  • Consult with partner teams on process changes

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3+ years of recent customer support experience
  • HR knowledge and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to show and demonstrate empathy
  • Proficiency in computers
  • Exceptional use of empathy skills
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented
  • Problem-solving skills
