- Refer to documentation for resolution of inquiries

- Respond to employee-impacting issues during leave events
- Consult with partner teams on process changes

- 3+ years of recent customer support experience
- HR knowledge and experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to show and demonstrate empathy
