Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-employment background checks and assist with onboarding documentation
- Support compliance processes, ensuring adherence to internal policies and local regulations
- Maintain accurate HR records and digital files
- Assist with data entry, reports, and workflows in Workday
- Support audits and HR-related projects as needed
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of administrative or HR support experience
- Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

- Previous experience in a non-profit environment
