Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business opportunities
  • Focus on outbound prospecting and relationship development
  • Build targeted prospect lists
  • Develop and manage a consistent outbound outreach strategy
  • Initiate conversations with prospective clients
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Schedule discovery calls for the sales leadership team
  • Establish relationships with marketing leaders and decision-makers
  • Maintain consistent follow-up on opportunities
  • Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information in CRM
  • Track outreach performance
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Identify emerging opportunities for agency growth

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or agency sales
  • Experience prospecting and generating leads through outbound outreach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital marketing, media, or agency environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience selling marketing services, SaaS, or consulting solutions
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
