Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities
- Focus on outbound prospecting and relationship development
- Build targeted prospect lists
- Develop and manage a consistent outbound outreach strategy
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Schedule discovery calls for the sales leadership team
- Establish relationships with marketing leaders and decision-makers
- Maintain consistent follow-up on opportunities
- Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline information in CRM
- Track outreach performance
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape
- Identify emerging opportunities for agency growth
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or agency sales
- Experience prospecting and generating leads through outbound outreach
- Strong communication skills
- Relationship-building skills
- Highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital marketing, media, or agency environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience selling marketing services, SaaS, or consulting solutions
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools
