Global HR Process Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze global HR process performance data
• Establish metrics and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate to optimize processes
• Develop and deliver reports to senior management
• Conduct gap analysis and identify business process redesigns
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies
• Assist in the development of training materials and communications

Mandatory Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in HR Operations and HR Service Delivery
• Experience with Hire to Retire Processes
• Strong understanding of HR Systems: Workday, Service Now, ADP, Workforce Management
• Ability to document complex processes
• Strong analytical skills

Preferred Requirements

• LEAN certification
• Six Sigma certification
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite
• Data storytelling skills
