Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Accounts function
- Act as senior point of escalation
- Maintain strong governance across forecasting and pipeline management
- Develop and coach the Strategic Accounts team
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with vendors
- Oversee vendor pipeline performance and profitability
- Optimise participation in procurement frameworks
- Contribute to tender submissions and procurement activity
- Provide insights and reporting on pipeline health and risks
- Identify emerging risks and recommend actions
Required Skills
- Proven experience in IT sales
- Extensive experience in FE, HE, Research, or public-sector markets
- Managing complex, enterprise-level accounts
- Commercial acumen
- Engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience with managed services
- Previous experience in leading or developing people
- Understanding of public-sector procurement processes
- Ability to navigate multi-vendor environments

- Experience with recurring-revenue models
