Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Market Kuda’s financial products to prospective customers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
  • Educate potential clients on electronic banking solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
  • Participate in roadshows and community events
  • Provide feedback on customer experiences and product improvements
  • Provide ongoing support to clients

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Direct Sales Agent or similar role in banking or financial services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with digital banking services and mobile technology
