Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Market Kuda’s financial products to prospective customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Educate potential clients on electronic banking solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
- Participate in roadshows and community events
- Provide feedback on customer experiences and product improvements
- Provide ongoing support to clients
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Direct Sales Agent or similar role in banking or financial services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with digital banking services and mobile technology
