Responsibilities
- Market and sell CARDAMYST via teleconference and telephone
- Deliver core selling messages and educational materials
- Amplify call frequency with high-priority targets
- Triage and qualify targeted healthcare providers
- Support large geographic territories
- Engage with aligned sales team practitioners
- Maintain documentation of customer interactions in CRM
- Cultivate business relationships with field team
- Ensure coordination with field-based representatives
- Provide feedback regarding account sentiment and engagement opportunities
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of sales experience in outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales in healthcare or pharma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and rapport building skills
- Ability to articulate complex clinical data
- Ability to learn complex medical topics and industry compliance guidelines
- Stable internet connection for VoIP calls
