Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks
- Manage the sales cycle from lead reception to closing
- Convert leads into customers
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Provide personalized support throughout booking
- Draft rental agreement contracts
- Provide administrative assistance to the Demand team
Required Skills
- Experience with a hospitality company
- Experience managing customer communications
- C1 English level
- C1 Spanish level
