Responsibilities
- Market and sell CARDAMYST via teleconference and telephone
- Deliver core selling messages and educational materials
- Meet or exceed call expectations, quality engagement metrics, and sales goals
- Maintain complete and timely CRM documentation of customer interactions
- Develop business relationships with field team
- Coordinate with field-based representatives for seamless customer interactions
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to field partners
- Comply with all company and regulatory policies
- Work independently from a remote home office
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of sales experience in outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales in healthcare or pharma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Stable internet connection for VoIP calls
