Responsibilities

  • Marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and telephone
  • Deliver core selling messages and educational materials remotely
  • Amplify call frequency with high-priority targets
  • Triaging and qualifying targeted healthcare providers
  • Maintain CRM documentation of customer interactions
  • Coordinate and collaborate with field-based representatives
  • Provide actionable insights and feedback on account sentiment
  • Work independently from a remote home office

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of sales experience in outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales in healthcare or pharma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn complex medical topics and industry compliance guidelines
  • Stable internet connection for VoIP and virtual calls
