Responsibilities
- Marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and telephone
- Deliver core selling messages and educational materials remotely
- Amplify call frequency with high-priority targets
- Triaging and qualifying targeted healthcare providers
- Maintain CRM documentation of customer interactions
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based representatives
- Provide actionable insights and feedback on account sentiment
- Work independently from a remote home office
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of sales experience in outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales in healthcare or pharma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn complex medical topics and industry compliance guidelines
- Stable internet connection for VoIP and virtual calls
