Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels
- Qualify leads based on clearly-defined criteria
- Research potential customers and identify decision-makers
- Deliver a professional and positive first interaction with prospective customers
- Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in Hubspot
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead-generation strategies
- Meet and exceed targets for calls, meetings booked, and qualified leads
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a Sales Development role
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Impeccable organization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to quickly build rapport
- Confidence in handling objections and rejection
- Willingness to be coached and bias for learning and growth
Preferred Skills
- Bonus: previous experience in or exposure to the promotional products industry
