Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels
  • Qualify leads based on clearly-defined criteria
  • Research potential customers and identify decision-makers
  • Deliver a professional and positive first interaction with prospective customers
  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions in Hubspot
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead-generation strategies
  • Meet and exceed targets for calls, meetings booked, and qualified leads

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in a Sales Development role
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Impeccable organization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong ability to quickly build rapport
  • Confidence in handling objections and rejection
  • Willingness to be coached and bias for learning and growth

Preferred Skills

  • Bonus: previous experience in or exposure to the promotional products industry
  • Drive to hit goals and retire quota
