Responsibilities
- Take ownership of employee contacts
- Receive and resolve inquiries primarily via phone, chat, and email
- Refer to documentation for inquiry resolution
- Respond to employee-impacting issues during leave events
- Consult with partner teams on process changes
- Adjust case management plans based on employee needs
Required Skills
- 3+ years of recent customer support experience
- HR knowledge and experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in computers
- Ability to manage confidential information
- Detail-oriented
- Problem-solving skills
