Responsibilities
- Influence customers to book tours through sales calls
- Handle customer needs consultatively
- Maintain and update customer database
- Implement timely customer follow-up strategies
- Provide accurate information via email and mailings
- Determine customer needs and propose services
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Complete customer bookings in reservation system
- Establish relationships through outbound calls
- Communicate regularly with manager and team
- Commitment to product education and customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Previous outbound calling/sales experience
- Experience in executing sales strategies
- Strong presentation and closing skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
