Responsibilities

  • Support documentation, communication, and execution of sales operations processes
  • Assist with planning and coordination of internal sales meetings, summits, and programs
  • Help prepare recurring reports, metrics, and dashboards for sales leadership
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and insights related to sales performance
  • Serve as a support point for routine operational requests and special projects
  • Maintain tracking, documentation, and reporting related to sales initiatives
  • Learn how sales operations align with Ensono’s broader business strategy and client outcomes

Required Skills

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and PowerBI
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
