Responsibilities
- Support documentation, communication, and execution of sales operations processes
- Assist with planning and coordination of internal sales meetings, summits, and programs
- Help prepare recurring reports, metrics, and dashboards for sales leadership
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and insights related to sales performance
- Serve as a support point for routine operational requests and special projects
- Maintain tracking, documentation, and reporting related to sales initiatives
- Learn how sales operations align with Ensono’s broader business strategy and client outcomes
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and PowerBI
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
