Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to all levels of management
• Provide front-line manager coaching on performance management and employee development
• Identify opportunities for and implement learning and development initiatives
• Support HR processes such as performance management cycle and employee relations

Mandatory Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience working with technical talent
• 2+ years in an HRBP role or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience driving learning and development initiatives

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Startup experience
