Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage high-volume inbox traffic
- Identify and elevate items requiring direct attention
- Draft and route routine responses
- Reduce administrative email burden
- Facilitate information flow between AVP, Sales and internal teams
- Provide project information to internal stakeholders
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely responses
- Support general administrative needs tied to sales projects
- Maintain and update CRM and future ERP systems
- Support entry of client and contact information
- Assist with sales forecasting updates
- Generate sales and activity reports
- Assist in preparation and organization of sales documents
- Maintain organized digital files and records
- Support scheduling and calendar coordination
- Assist with post-project documentation
- Help maintain consistency in sales processes
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows
- Support future ERP-related data initiatives
