Responsibilities

  • Monitor and triage high-volume inbox traffic
  • Identify and elevate items requiring direct attention
  • Draft and route routine responses
  • Reduce administrative email burden
  • Facilitate information flow between AVP, Sales and internal teams
  • Provide project information to internal stakeholders
  • Track follow-ups and ensure timely responses
  • Support general administrative needs tied to sales projects
  • Maintain and update CRM and future ERP systems
  • Support entry of client and contact information
  • Assist with sales forecasting updates
  • Generate sales and activity reports
  • Assist in preparation and organization of sales documents
  • Maintain organized digital files and records
  • Support scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Assist with post-project documentation
  • Help maintain consistency in sales processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative workflows
  • Support future ERP-related data initiatives
