Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps
  • Build a sales team and future sales leaders
  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
  • Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
  • Contribute to developing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy

Required Skills

  • 5 years of leading Enterprise sales teams
  • Track record of overachievement annually
  • Experience leading sales through security channel partners
  • Navigating complex sales cycles
  • SAAS sales experience
  • Selling large deals to large enterprises (Fortune 1000)
  • Using MEDDIC
  • Developing pipeline and opening new accounts
