Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Reps
- Build a sales team and future sales leaders
- Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals
- Manage and maintain sales ecosystem from generating leads through closing
- Contribute to developing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy
Required Skills
- 5 years of leading Enterprise sales teams
- Track record of overachievement annually
- Experience leading sales through security channel partners
- Navigating complex sales cycles
- SAAS sales experience
- Selling large deals to large enterprises (Fortune 1000)
- Using MEDDIC
- Developing pipeline and opening new accounts
