Responsibilities

  • Support customers post go-live by resolving HR-related queries
  • Drive HR platform adoption and compliance expertise
  • Contribute to product and process improvements
  • Provide first-touch resolutions and knowledge-sharing
  • Respond to HR queries from clients and internal teams
  • Assist with troubleshooting client queries
  • Build and improve documentation
  • Simplify and improve processes for team operations

Mandatory Requirements

  • Background in HR or related field
  • Experience in SaaS and customer support
  • Experience in setting up, implementing, or administering HRIS/HCM systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
