Responsibilities
- Support customers post go-live by resolving HR-related queries
- Drive HR platform adoption and compliance expertise
- Contribute to product and process improvements
- Provide first-touch resolutions and knowledge-sharing
- Respond to HR queries from clients and internal teams
- Assist with troubleshooting client queries
- Build and improve documentation
- Simplify and improve processes for team operations
Mandatory Requirements
- Background in HR or related field
- Experience in SaaS and customer support
- Experience in setting up, implementing, or administering HRIS/HCM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
