Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives
- Own team revenue performance across targets
- Drive execution of consultative multi-solution sales methodology
- Conduct regular 1:1s and deal reviews
- Coach on stakeholder engagement and value-based selling
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
- Translate performance data into coaching plans
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Reinforce a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Support critical deals through strategy development and coaching
- Advocate for field and customer insights
Required Skills
- 3–5+ years of experience selling in complex SaaS or technology environments
- 2+ years of experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
- Consultative sales methodology expertise
- Strong understanding of forecasting and pipeline management
- Advanced Salesforce proficiency
Preferred Skills
- Experience in government or public sector sales
- Background in hardware and software solution selling
- History of developing top-performing sales professionals
