Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire sales activation specialists
- Develop and execute strategies for successful plan launches
- Own team performance and manage onboarding pipelines
- Optimize onboarding workflows to increase velocity
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding experience
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvements
- Forecast onboarding targets and contribute to capacity planning
Required Skills
- 3-5 years total professional experience
- 2+ years in a people leadership role
- Experience in Sales, Implementation, or related function
- SaaS or Retirement/Financial Services experience
- Proven track record in quota-carrying environment
- Strong understanding of 401(k) plan design
- Expertise in pipeline management and performance coaching
Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing high-volume customer portfolios
- Experience overseeing complex projects or implementations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline
