Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire sales activation specialists
  • Develop and execute strategies for successful plan launches
  • Own team performance and manage onboarding pipelines
  • Optimize onboarding workflows to increase velocity
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding experience
  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvements
  • Forecast onboarding targets and contribute to capacity planning

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years total professional experience
  • 2+ years in a people leadership role
  • Experience in Sales, Implementation, or related function
  • SaaS or Retirement/Financial Services experience
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying environment
  • Strong understanding of 401(k) plan design
  • Expertise in pipeline management and performance coaching

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing high-volume customer portfolios
  • Experience overseeing complex projects or implementations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline
