Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the French market
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
  • Plan monthly strategies with the Sales Leadership team
  • Monitor industry trends and strengthen market position
  • Coordinate with sales teams for project management
  • Mentor and coach sales team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Oversee new business development and account expansion
  • Ensure CRM data is maintained and updated
  • Identify and remove obstacles in sales cycles
  • Work closely with Marketing, Administration, HR, and Leadership teams
  • Report sales performance to the Commercial Director
  • Facilitate sales team ceremonies aligned with agile methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Management or similar roles
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies
  • Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar)
  • Fluent French
  • Advanced English

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in enterprise SaaS sales
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Certifications in commercial strategy or sales leadership
  • Experience managing international or regional teams
