Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the French market
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
- Plan monthly strategies with the Sales Leadership team
- Monitor industry trends and strengthen market position
- Coordinate with sales teams for project management
- Mentor and coach sales team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Oversee new business development and account expansion
- Ensure CRM data is maintained and updated
- Identify and remove obstacles in sales cycles
- Work closely with Marketing, Administration, HR, and Leadership teams
- Report sales performance to the Commercial Director
- Facilitate sales team ceremonies aligned with agile methodologies
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Management or similar roles
- Experience in B2B sales
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
- Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar)
- Fluent French
- Advanced English
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Certifications in commercial strategy or sales leadership
- Experience managing international or regional teams
