Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential leads
  • Reach out to prospects via email, phone, social media
  • Follow up on inbound leads
  • Qualify leads and pass them to sales team
  • Build relationships with prospects
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
  • Schedule meetings and demos for sales team
  • Exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments
  • Maintain and update CRM system
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities
  • Continuously learn about industry trends
  • Participate in flexible working hours

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of sales experience in an SDR/BDR capacity
  • 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales
  • Cold calling skills
  • Prospecting skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in ERP, FinTech, AP
  • Ability to exceed KPI's and targets
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
