Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, social media
- Follow up on inbound leads
- Qualify leads and pass them to sales team
- Build relationships with prospects
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
- Schedule meetings and demos for sales team
- Exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments
- Maintain and update CRM system
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities
- Continuously learn about industry trends
- Participate in flexible working hours
Required Skills
- 2+ years of sales experience in an SDR/BDR capacity
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales
- Cold calling skills
- Prospecting skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP, FinTech, AP
- Ability to exceed KPI's and targets
- Experience in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
