Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts
- Reach out to prospects through various channels
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries
- Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team
- Build relationships with prospects
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments/demos
- Maintain and update the CRM system
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends
Required Skills
- 2+ years of sales experience in an SDR/BDR capacity
- 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales
- Cold calling
- Prospecting
- Experience exceeding KPIs and targets
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ERP, FinTech, or AP
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
