Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for all HR-related inquiries globally
  • Manage offer letters, contracting, onboarding, offboarding and employee administration
  • Own HR tools and monitor supplier performance
  • Ensure data accuracy for informed decision making
  • Oversee benefits administration
  • Run biannual review process efficiently
  • Support line managers with their teams
  • Ensure legal compliance across countries
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and HR technologies
  • Create new policies as needed
  • Manage relationships with internal Finance and external vendors
  • Drive people-focused initiatives alongside leadership team
  • Assist hiring teams with talent development and employer branding

Mandatory Requirements

  • Strong background in HR operations
  • Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience working in diverse cultural & international environments
  • Solid understanding and application of employment law in Switzerland, the US, UK and Germany
  • Ability to manage relationships with founders and senior leaders
  • High confidence with various HR tools

  • Start-up experience
  • Experience of building relationships across multiple functions
  • Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools
  • Comfortable at both strategic and tactical levels
