Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for all HR-related inquiries globally
- Manage offer letters, contracting, onboarding, offboarding and employee administration
- Own HR tools and monitor supplier performance
- Ensure data accuracy for informed decision making
- Oversee benefits administration
- Run biannual review process efficiently
- Support line managers with their teams
- Ensure legal compliance across countries
- Stay informed about industry best practices and HR technologies
- Create new policies as needed
- Manage relationships with internal Finance and external vendors
- Drive people-focused initiatives alongside leadership team
- Assist hiring teams with talent development and employer branding
Mandatory Requirements
- Strong background in HR operations
- Hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle
- Experience working in diverse cultural & international environments
- Solid understanding and application of employment law in Switzerland, the US, UK and Germany
- Ability to manage relationships with founders and senior leaders
- High confidence with various HR tools
Preferred Requirements
- Start-up experience
- Experience of building relationships across multiple functions
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools
- Comfortable at both strategic and tactical levels
