Senior Field Sales Representative

Roofr is a tech startup providing a CRM platform for the roofing industry, focusing on sales tools and partner enablement.
Responsibilities
- Own existing branch relationships
- Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs
- Serve as main point of contact for partners
- Provide product training and onboarding
- Plan and forecast objectives and quotas
- Organize community events and meetings
- Provide product updates through training and meetings
- Travel to partner locations regularly
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams
Required Skills
- 5+ years of account management experience
- Experience in channel partnerships
- Experience with roofing supply companies
- Experience with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce)
- Experience with PRMs (Partner stack)
- Organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern tooling such as Asana and Google suite
