Responsibilities

  • Own existing branch relationships
  • Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs
  • Serve as main point of contact for partners
  • Provide product training and onboarding
  • Plan and forecast objectives and quotas
  • Organize community events and meetings
  • Provide product updates through training and meetings
  • Travel to partner locations regularly
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of account management experience
  • Experience in channel partnerships
  • Experience with roofing supply companies
  • Experience with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce)
  • Experience with PRMs (Partner stack)
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with modern tooling such as Asana and Google suite
