Senior Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities
- Own existing branch relationships and enable their sales reps
- Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners
- Provide effective product training and onboarding support
- Plan, forecast, and meet departmental objectives and quotas
- Organize and host community events and meetings
- Provide product updates through trainings and presentations
- Travel to partner sites regularly
- Work cross-functionally with various teams
Required Skills
- 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience
- Experience working in channel partnerships
- Experience managing partnerships in a business development environment with Roofing supply companies
- Experience with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, Google suite
