Responsibilities

  • Own existing branch relationships and enable their sales reps
  • Drive partner growth through engagement and enablement programs
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned partners
  • Provide effective product training and onboarding support
  • Plan, forecast, and meet departmental objectives and quotas
  • Organize and host community events and meetings
  • Provide product updates through trainings and presentations
  • Travel to partner sites regularly
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of account management and/or relationship management experience
  • Experience working in channel partnerships
  • Experience managing partnerships in a business development environment with Roofing supply companies
  • Experience with CRMs (Hubspot/Salesforce), PRMs (Partner stack), Asana, Google suite
