Responsibilities

  • Contacting and calling on existing and potential customers
  • Achieving high sales efficiencies by identifying and exploiting profitable opportunities
  • Providing monthly and annual sales forecasting
  • Using and managing CRM system
  • Developing and maintaining product knowledge
  • Establishing relationships with key accounts
  • Planning and supporting local marketing activities
  • Providing written technical reports of sales calls
  • Participating in developing goals and sales strategies
  • Scheduling joint sales calls with suppliers
  • Managing administrative functions to comply with company policies
  • Presenting technical solutions to customers
  • Increasing customer base and sales volume
  • Providing monthly business reports
  • Developing strategic sales plans
  • Attending trade shows and participating in industry associations

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, entomology or technical degree preferred
  • 3-5 or more years field sales experience
  • Industry experience preferred
