Responsibilities

  • Make high volume outbound calls
  • Handle follow up activities: emails, admin tasks, and basic documentation
  • Set and confirm qualified meetings for clients
  • Manage pipeline activity up to attended meeting (including rebooking no shows)
  • Log all activities and outcomes in CRM
  • Coordinate calendar handoffs to account executives or client teams
  • Report daily/weekly activity and results
  • Learn and follow calling playbooks, scripts, and best practices
  • Adapt to different client industries and adjust messaging per client
  • Execute pre built cadences and sequences provided by the client's team
  • Import/export lead lists into the dialer/CRM (after training)

Required Skills

  • Strong English (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience using a CRM
  • Process discipline and consistency with reporting
  • Able to work US hours (Eastern Time)

Preferred Skills

  • Prior SDR/BDR experience with US markets
  • Proven track record booking meetings from outbound campaigns
  • Familiarity with common CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Industry research skills
  • Experience adapting to multiple clients/verticals
