Responsibilities
- Act as primary HR contact for designated areas
- Manage complex Employee Relations cases
- Coach line managers on ER cases
- Proactively manage absence cases
- Support TUPE transfers and organisational change
- Develop and apply HR policies and procedures
- Lead HR initiatives supporting people strategy
- Oversee visa sponsorship and UKVI compliance
- Support international HR matters
- Mentor junior HR team members
- Build relationships to foster a positive work environment
- Support annual HR processes
- Travel to London as needed
Mandatory Requirements
- HR generalist experience
- Employee relations expertise
- TUPE and organisational change experience
- Knowledge of UK employment law
- Visa sponsorship and UKVI compliance experience
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in a professional services environment
- Knowledge of international HR matters
