Responsibilities

  • Act as primary HR contact for designated areas
  • Manage complex Employee Relations cases
  • Coach line managers on ER cases
  • Proactively manage absence cases
  • Support TUPE transfers and organisational change
  • Develop and apply HR policies and procedures
  • Lead HR initiatives supporting people strategy
  • Oversee visa sponsorship and UKVI compliance
  • Support international HR matters
  • Mentor junior HR team members
  • Build relationships to foster a positive work environment
  • Support annual HR processes
  • Travel to London as needed

Mandatory Requirements

  • HR generalist experience
  • Employee relations expertise
  • TUPE and organisational change experience
  • Knowledge of UK employment law
  • Visa sponsorship and UKVI compliance experience
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in a professional services environment
  • Knowledge of international HR matters
