Responsibilities

  • Design and run outbound engine
  • Own the full sales cycle
  • Turn discovery into business cases
  • Run outcome-led Granum demos
  • Pilot and iterate outbound plays
  • Leverage AI to multiply output
  • Maintain a tight pipeline in Salesforce
  • Partner cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, & Product
  • Suggest new outbound channels

Required Skills

  • 2+ years in quota-carrying SaaS (SMB/mid-market)
  • Documented success in outbound-heavy roles
  • Strong command of Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience with AI in workflow
  • Ability to navigate tough conversations with owners and operators

Preferred Skills

  • Field service or vertical SaaS experience
  • Direct exposure to the green industry
  • Familiarity with SPICED, MEDDICC, or SPIN
