Responsibilities
- Design and run outbound engine
- Own the full sales cycle
- Turn discovery into business cases
- Run outcome-led Granum demos
- Pilot and iterate outbound plays
- Leverage AI to multiply output
- Maintain a tight pipeline in Salesforce
- Partner cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, & Product
- Suggest new outbound channels
Required Skills
- 2+ years in quota-carrying SaaS (SMB/mid-market)
- Documented success in outbound-heavy roles
- Strong command of Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with AI in workflow
- Ability to navigate tough conversations with owners and operators
Preferred Skills
- Field service or vertical SaaS experience
- Direct exposure to the green industry
- Familiarity with SPICED, MEDDICC, or SPIN
