Responsibilities

  • Create awareness, education, and demand for LATICRETE products
  • Conduct product knowledge training and usage demos
  • Regularly work with distributors, contractors, and architects
  • Develop and adjust a Territory Business Plan
  • Maximize market penetration in assigned territory
  • Work with internal departments to resolve customer issues
  • Attend industry events and represent LATICRETE
  • Participate in internal product and system training
  • Learn industry trends and competitive landscape

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 3+ years of related work experience in Sales or in the Construction industry
  • Demonstrated success building and cultivating long-term professional partnerships
  • High level of self-motivation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
