Responsibilities
- Create awareness, education, and demand for LATICRETE products
- Conduct product knowledge training and usage demos
- Regularly work with distributors, contractors, and architects
- Develop and adjust a Territory Business Plan
- Maximize market penetration in assigned territory
- Work with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Attend industry events and represent LATICRETE
- Participate in internal product and system training
- Learn industry trends and competitive landscape
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- 3+ years of related work experience in Sales or in the Construction industry
- Demonstrated success building and cultivating long-term professional partnerships
- High level of self-motivation
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
- Knowledge of Salesforce
