Responsibilities

  • Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base
  • Understand business needs and recommend improvement plans
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges
  • Engage in system analysis and provide written recommendations
  • Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Technical sales or field sales support experience
  • Current and valid driver's license

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Working knowledge of paper machine operations, wet end chemistry, pulp mill operations
