Responsibilities
- Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base
- Understand business needs and recommend improvement plans
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide technical support and resolve customer challenges
- Engage in system analysis and provide written recommendations
- Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Technical sales or field sales support experience
- Current and valid driver's license
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.)
- Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
- Working knowledge of paper machine operations, wet end chemistry, pulp mill operations
