Responsibilities

  • Deliver forecast and quarterly results
  • Reporting including bridge/gap analysis and rep performance
  • Keep SLED Sales leaders informed of business issues
  • Co-lead pipeline initiatives and project manage action plans
  • Jointly build growth plans and set KPIs
  • Develop and lead cross functional initiatives
  • Coach sales leaders on new systems and processes
  • Identify opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Provide insights on trends and recommendations for growth
  • Own sales metrics reporting and analysis
  • Support sales teams in conflict resolution

Mandatory Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales Operations, Finance or Analytical role
  • Minimum 3 years in Public Sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, MS Office, Clari, Anaplan, Salesforce

Preferred Requirements

  • Tableau experience
