Responsibilities
- Deliver forecast and quarterly results
- Reporting including bridge/gap analysis and rep performance
- Keep SLED Sales leaders informed of business issues
- Co-lead pipeline initiatives and project manage action plans
- Jointly build growth plans and set KPIs
- Develop and lead cross functional initiatives
- Coach sales leaders on new systems and processes
- Identify opportunities for sales process improvement
- Provide insights on trends and recommendations for growth
- Own sales metrics reporting and analysis
- Support sales teams in conflict resolution
Mandatory Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales Operations, Finance or Analytical role
- Minimum 3 years in Public Sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, MS Office, Clari, Anaplan, Salesforce
Preferred Requirements
- Tableau experience
