Responsibilities
- Visit regional & independent retailers to build relationships
- Manage headquarter sales calls for key customers
- Oversee & build eComm business with strategic national plan
- Build and maintain rapport with key distributors and customers
- Develop and support a broker partner network
- Track weekly consumption, distribution, pricing, and sales
- Create presentations for category reviews
- Manage category reviews across dairy and other categories
- Partner with marketing on shopper programs
- Attend trade shows to represent the brand
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred
- 3+ years of grocery sales and account management experience
- Experience in the food industry; Dairy or Refrigerated experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience calling on Key Accounts
- Experience with syndicate data platforms (SPINS, IRI, Nielsen)
- Broker management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with planning trade and promotions
- Established relationships with key retailer accounts and distributors
