Responsibilities

  • Create awareness and demand for LATICRETE products
  • Work with distributors, contractors, GCs, and architects to build trust
  • Conduct product knowledge training and demos
  • Review stocking profiles with distribution
  • Develop and adjust Territory Business Plan
  • Maximize market penetration
  • Resolve customer issues with internal departments
  • Investigate product claims and document findings
  • Attend industry events and represent LATICRETE

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
  • 3+ years of related work experience in Sales or Construction industry
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong written, verbal and listening skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Demonstrated success building long-term professional partnerships
