Responsibilities
- Create awareness and demand for LATICRETE products
- Work with distributors, contractors, GCs, and architects to build trust
- Conduct product knowledge training and demos
- Review stocking profiles with distribution
- Develop and adjust Territory Business Plan
- Maximize market penetration
- Resolve customer issues with internal departments
- Investigate product claims and document findings
- Attend industry events and represent LATICRETE
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
- 3+ years of related work experience in Sales or Construction industry
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written, verbal and listening skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Demonstrated success building long-term professional partnerships
