Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales growth metrics
- Find prospects, set appointments, and close new business
- Maintain strong relationships with current customers
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge
- Conduct demos, troubleshoot issues, and solve product concerns
- Log activity, trips, and competitive intel in the company CRM
- Provide regular monthly reports to the Regional Sales Manager
- Collaborate with the laboratory by submitting Lab Work Requests
- Professionally represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Required Skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of related sales experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and CRM software
- Must pass a color examination
- Ability to travel as required
Preferred Skills
- 4-year degree
- Experience in chemical coatings
