Responsibilities

  • Achieve quarterly and annual quota goals
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy
  • Manage sales forecasts and pipeline management
  • Build a rolling sales plan
  • Partner with Presales Engineering
  • Develop regional sales channels
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships
  • Deliver sales presentations and assist in product demonstrations
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and ethical standards
  • Lead solution design with internal teams
  • Own the full sales cycle
  • Conduct due diligence and compliance reviews
  • Lead contract negotiations
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market understanding

Required Skills

  • 6+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
  • Experience in space, aerospace, defense, or high-tech sectors
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar deals
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
  • Ability to travel 25–40% of the time

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling to government agencies, space agencies, or defense organizations
  • MBA
  • Relevant certifications (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, or consultative sales training)
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Eastern European languages
