Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly and annual quota goals
- Develop and implement a sales strategy
- Manage sales forecasts and pipeline management
- Build a rolling sales plan
- Partner with Presales Engineering
- Develop regional sales channels
- Build and manage strategic partnerships
- Deliver sales presentations and assist in product demonstrations
- Ensure compliance with local laws and ethical standards
- Lead solution design with internal teams
- Own the full sales cycle
- Conduct due diligence and compliance reviews
- Lead contract negotiations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market understanding
Required Skills
- 6+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Experience in space, aerospace, defense, or high-tech sectors
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar deals
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field
- Ability to travel 25–40% of the time
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling to government agencies, space agencies, or defense organizations
- MBA
- Relevant certifications (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, or consultative sales training)
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Eastern European languages
