Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the Midwest territory
- Support and develop relationships with dealer partners
- Identify and pursue new prospects
- Conduct customer visits and joint sales calls with distributors
- Present product solutions and host training sessions
- Assist with product selection, pricing, and application support
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Required Skills
- Experience managing B2B sales in the Midwest
- Background in industrial, technical, or engineered product sales
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand pricing, margins, and customer needs
- Comfortable working independently from a home office
- Ability to travel within the Midwest (approximately 5 nights per month)
