Responsibilities
- Evaluate business and product requirements
- Generate functional specifications
- Act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams
- Own and drive new features from high-level requirements through operational delivery
- Prepare and develop technical presentations/demos
- Set up trials or POCs
- Collaborate with customer and sales teams to understand requirements
- Research, develop, and modify products to meet technical needs
- Help customers with problems and recommend improvements
- Solicit client feedback and evaluate data for sales strategies
- Identify areas for improvement and communicate solutions
- Train sales team on technical aspects of products and services
Required Skills
- SQL
- Data warehousing
- ERP integrations
- 5 years experience in IT software
- Knowledge of databases
- CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
- Programming languages
- Good understanding of APIs and Postman
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sales and the technology field
- Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in business processes
