Regional Sales Manager - Construction

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets by developing and maintaining strong relationships
- Manage the full sales funnel, including prospecting, qualification, pipeline development, forecasting, and closing
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-up, and face-to-face customer meetings
- Prepare and deliver customer quotes and proposals, negotiating pricing and contract terms
- Provide technical and applications support to customers
- Work with plant personnel, marketing, technical service, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend and present at customer meetings, industry conferences, and training events
- Develop understanding of competitive threats, pricing trends, and alternative solutions
- Incorporate market intelligence into sales planning and account strategies
- Collaborate with Sales Director on regional growth strategies and penetration plans
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in CRM
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts
- Review and utilize monthly revenue and receivables reports
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in environmental remediation, industrial minerals, or inorganic chemicals
- Knowledge of environmental remediation industry terminology and regulations
- Experience with funnel management and proficiency in CRM software
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business Administration
