Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS
- Process employment changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
- Enter, update, and audit data in HR systems
- Generate HR reports and assist with audits
- Support implementation and maintenance of HR systems
- Complete i-9 and e-verify for new hires
- Ensure employee files are compliant
- Assist in updating HR policies and handbooks
- Coordinate HR-related logistics for events and training
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration support
- Collaborate with other departments
- Participate in HR projects to improve operations
- Help track HR budget spend and manage vendor invoicing
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or operations role
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Jira, Confluence, Justworks)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
