Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS
  • Process employment changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
  • Enter, update, and audit data in HR systems
  • Generate HR reports and assist with audits
  • Support implementation and maintenance of HR systems
  • Complete i-9 and e-verify for new hires
  • Ensure employee files are compliant
  • Assist in updating HR policies and handbooks
  • Coordinate HR-related logistics for events and training
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration support
  • Collaborate with other departments
  • Participate in HR projects to improve operations
  • Help track HR budget spend and manage vendor invoicing

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or operations role
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Jira, Confluence, Justworks)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
