Responsibilities
- Lead a software sales team
- Develop a substantial pipeline for new software sales
- Provide leadership and development opportunities for Account Executives
- Establish strong cross-functional relationships
- Drive strategic sales plans and initiatives
- Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline management
- Manage personnel development
- Provide cross-functional training to Clinical Application Specialists
- Support the development of marketing initiatives
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of demonstrated success in sales
- 5 years of hospital software sales experience
- 3 years of C Suite sales experience

- Master's degree
