Responsibilities

  • Lead a software sales team
  • Develop a substantial pipeline for new software sales
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for Account Executives
  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships
  • Drive strategic sales plans and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline management
  • Manage personnel development
  • Provide cross-functional training to Clinical Application Specialists
  • Support the development of marketing initiatives

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10 years of demonstrated success in sales
  • 5 years of hospital software sales experience
  • 3 years of C Suite sales experience

Preferred Skills

  • Master's degree
