Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery of AI programs
- Collaborate with MD and CPO to craft new AI propositions
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive client satisfaction
- Partner with MD and BDDs for business development
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the AI service line
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategies and product development
Required Skills
- PhD in Petroleum Engineering or related technical field
- 10+ years of technical experience as a data scientist or in a relevant technical field
- Strong understanding of software development, IT, and data engineering principles
- Proven leadership experience in Energy (Oil & Gas) sector
- Demonstrated success in building senior-level client relationships
- Experience delivering AI projects with tangible business outcomes
