Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of AI programs
  • Collaborate with MD and CPO to craft new AI propositions
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders to drive client satisfaction
  • Partner with MD and BDDs for business development
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the AI service line
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing strategies and product development

Required Skills

  • PhD in Petroleum Engineering or related technical field
  • 10+ years of technical experience as a data scientist or in a relevant technical field
  • Strong understanding of software development, IT, and data engineering principles
  • Proven leadership experience in Energy (Oil & Gas) sector
  • Demonstrated success in building senior-level client relationships
  • Experience delivering AI projects with tangible business outcomes

  • Experience in dynamic, high-growth environments
  • Technical expertise in data science and AI
  • Ability to scope and sell AI projects
