Responsibilities

  • Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and competitive accounts
  • Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend improvements
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide technical support to customers and solve challenges
  • Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Technical sales or field sales support experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
