Responsibilities
- Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and competitive accounts
- Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend improvements
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Provide technical support to customers and solve challenges
- Sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technology
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Technical sales or field sales support experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences
- Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
- Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
