Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver strategic people plans
- Build talent pipelines and enable leadership capability
- Champion employee experience through engagement and culture
- Navigate complex employee relations
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions
- Shape recruitment strategies for diverse talent
- Deliver HR learning interventions
- Continuously improve HR processes
Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a commercially focused HR role
- Expertise in employee engagement, talent, and succession planning
- Proven ability in complex ER case management
- Solid understanding of UK employment law
- Commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with data and analytics in HR
- Experience in shaping recruitment strategies
