Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to deliver strategic people plans
• Build talent pipelines and enable leadership capability
• Champion employee experience through engagement and culture
• Navigate complex employee relations
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions
• Shape recruitment strategies for diverse talent
• Deliver HR learning interventions
• Continuously improve HR processes

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a commercially focused HR role
• Expertise in employee engagement, talent, and succession planning
• Proven ability in complex ER case management
• Solid understanding of UK employment law
• Commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with data and analytics in HR
• Experience in shaping recruitment strategies
